Toris didn't bother to change clothes - he didn't want to even have to be colder for a split second. The frail teen just burrowed further under his blankets on his bed, continuing to shiver a little bit. He wondered if he would be able to sleep, his usual nights full of nightmares of the reasons that he was here, in this psych hospital. But maybe now that he was here and not there he would be able to get some good rest.

He sighed, hugging his pillow to sleep. He probably would dream about the same think as past night: His mother's funeral. He always did, always since that day... His face showed sadness, but since he was turned around from the other, he wouldn't see his face. Nikolai never showed that kind of look to anyone, he didn't need their support and he didn't need to show a look like that to worthless weak people, so he always kept his sadness to himself.

Toris only slept for a couple hours before cold chills and nightmares forced him awake. He was quiet though, not yelling or moving around a whole lot. He lay there, eyes wide as he tried to calm his panicked mind and body. His heart thudded hard in his chest and he knew he wouldn't be getting back to sleep anytime soon. Sighing quietly he peeked out from underneath the blankets and just stared out the window, letting his thoughts wander wherever they felt like.

Nikolai actually slept a lot that night, just like some other nights. When he was in state of depression he somehow always felt really tired. When he woke up, he wanted to see what time it was, but unfortunately they didn't had clocks on the rooms for the patients, because the doctors feared that they'd brake them and then hurt themselves. 'Tch...I hate not knowing what time is it' He thought and his stomach growled, he was hungry, but he didn't feel like eating this hospital's horrible food.

Toris ignored the empty feeling in his stomach. He'd gotten used to not eating and his body had adjusted, so his stomach no longer voiced it's complaints at having nothing. He stayed curled up underneath the blankets, glancing from the window over to his roommate, noticing that the other was now awake as well. He didn't feel any jealousy that the other had gotten sleep, as he was just used to sometimes being kept awake. It wasn't any fault but his own, is what he thought.

"I should probably eat something...but will they let me?" He mumbled, not realizing that his roommate was fully awake. "Man...I hate it here...Tch...This place is full of worthless brats, too bad I can't be with sister! I'm sure around her it's much more clean and perfect..." He got up from his bed and put on his jacket again.

Toris really didn't see a reason to get out of bed at the moment. It wasn't like he was going to eat breakfast or anything. The staff had so far been unsuccessful in getting him to eat - he was rather stubborn when it came to this and for now the staff had seemingly given up (at least until they worked out new strategies). He just snuggled deeper into the blankets on his bed and tried to go back to sleep.

Giving one last glance at his roommate, Nikolai shrugged and walked out the door. He was too hungry to even see if the guy was awake. But since he probably didn't want to eat, why bother? He wouldn't force this guy to eat, for him, Toris could starve himself to death that he wouldn't care. Toris was just one more worthless idiot, who he could use and then let behind, right?

Unfortunately for Toris, staff soon came by and bothered him until he got out of bed. He sighed as he went to the cafeteria - though of course he had no plans to eat whatever slop was placed before him. If they wanted to get him to eat, couldn't they at least start making food that was tolerable and that actually resembled food? Was that too much to ask for?
He cast a glance back at his bed as he was ushered from the room, really just wanting to curl back up under the covers and sleep.

Nikolai came back inside after a loooong day outdoors. His eyes were still red and puffy from the desperate tears he shed, but he hopped no one would notice, he didn't need anyone worrying about him. And if they noticed he would just be showing his weak side to someone he didn't trust.

Toris didn't enter the room for a while, in some other part of the hospital at his mandatory therapy sessions. When he finally entered their shared room, he didn't say anything to Nikolai and just burrowed himself under the blankets on his bed. The horribly thin young man soon was completely covered up, his bed looking undisturbed except for the person-shaped lump beneath the covers. Clearly something had happened, but he didn't seem to really want to talk about it.

Nikolai had been a bit distracted, looking into nothing in particular. He only noticed his roommate's presence once he heard someone occupying the bed next to his, looking over, he noticed that his roommate was again nervous or something like that. He shrugged not caring, it probably was none of his business.

Toris stayed put under the blankets. Occasionally a really quiet sniffle could be heard, and the blankets seemed to shake. It wasn't nervousness that was doing it this time, Toris was just upset and feeling rather hopeless and like a failure at the moment.

He raised an eyebrow, was the other crying or something? Well he did hear sniffing, so he probably was. "You okay?" He said, getting up from his spot on his bed and walking over to the other's to check on him. He normally wouldn't do this, perhaps, had he found a friend on his roommate? No, he couldn't possibly have! He didn't need anyone besides his sister!

Toris just wanted to go home. Yeah that meant going back to Him but at least when he was home he didn't have to eat. No one here seemed to understand that he really shouldn't have any food, that he shouldn't risk gaining any weight. He sniffed for a couple more minutes before offering a shaky reply. "N-not really..." He didn't come out from underneath the blankets either, seeking comfort in the warmth that they provided him.
